PROGRAM 5 DAYS - 4 NIGHTS / ECO SUSTAINABLE OPERATION

Program:

​

DAY 1: SCENIC TRIP ON THE AUSTRAL ROAD + TREKKING NEXT TO THE GENERAL CARRERA LAKE + MEDITATION SESSION: YOGA NIDRA, PREPARATION FOR SLEEP

Meeting with passengers in the city of Coyhaique or Balmaceda airport (first flight in the morning or arrive the day before). Transfer along the Carretera Austral Sur with stops to observe the landscape and take pictures. Arrival at Pared Sur Camp, accommodation in the selected type of accommodation (rooms or Panoramic Domes). Lunch. In the afternoon, beautiful scenic trekking through our network of trails and viewpoints by the Lake.

Dynamics of breathing / meditation: (2 hrs. Easy level). Healthy dinner. Then we will have our first Yoga Nidra meditation session (closed room) before sleeping to facilitate full sleep.

 

DAY 2: YOGA VINYASA FLOW AT SUNRISE + NAVIGATION TO THE MARBLE CHAPELS (KAYAK OPTIONAL) + BICYCLE AND TREKKING TO THE GENERAL CARRERA LAKE HANGING BRIDGE.

Early in the morning before breakfast we start with a session of Yoga Vinyasa Flow. Breakfast and transfer to Bahía Mansa where we will visit the Marble Chapels (optional in moderate difficulty kayak) stretching session and active sequence before returning. Return to lunch at Pared Sur Camp. In the afternoon we will have an entertaining bike ride through one of the most beautiful sections of the Carretera Austral to the great Hanging Bridge that separates Lake General Carrera from Lake Bertrand. (moderate difficulty, 12 km). Rest on a beautiful beach with a wonderful view of the surrounding glaciers and mountains where we will do a Meditation: Connection with mother earth. You can also go in the support vehicle and only participate in the section on foot. Return to Pared Sur Camp. Dinner. Includes all meals.

 

DAY 3: HATHA YOGA AT SUNRISE + TREKKING TO THE BERTRAND LAKE VIEWPOINT AND PATAGONIAN GLACIERS + THERAPEUTIC BATHROOMS IN LAS TINAJAS CALIENTES (Hot-Tubs) + SONOTHERAPY WITH TIBETAN BOWLS

Spectacular trekking along a beautiful path, through primary forests of Coigües and Lengas, with spectacular views of Lake General Carrera to finally reach a formidable viewpoint over Lake Bertrand in front of the magnificent glaciers of Cordón Contreras. Return to lunch at Pared Sur Camp. (Moderate difficulty, 4 hours). Then we will have free time to continue in the afternoon with a gratifying hot bath in our wooden jars or Hot tubs. Dinner and at night we will culminate in a beautiful sound therapy with Tibetan bowls.

Optionally that afternoon you can request a massage service. Includes all meals.

 

DAY 4: BIKE OR TREKKING TO THE EAGLE VIEWPOINT OVER THE BLACK LAKE + LUNCH WITH COLONOS + VISIT TO THE WATERFALL AT THE CONFLUENCE OF THE BAKER AND NEFF RIVERS (OPTIONAL RAFTING) + FIREPLACE AND TECHNICAL RESPIRATION SESSION (PRANAMA)

Bicycle or trekking to the Mirador del Águila on the Black Lake in the field of Don Saturnino and Doña Filomena, authentic settlers of Patagonia with whom we will share a delicious lunch with products grown in the field itself (moderate difficulty mountain bike with more advanced option on trails Easy trekking). In the afternoon we will visit the waterfall at the confluence of the Baker and Neff River, where we will do a beautiful 1 hour trek, meditation on the way back in the room. Optional Rafting in Río Baker (class 2, moderate level). Dinner and Pranayama session around the fire. Includes all meals.

 

DAY 5: YOGA AT SUNRISE WITH THE 108 GREETINGS TO THE SUN. TRANSFER TO BALMACEDA OR COYHAIQUE.

In the early morning we will do a powerful Yoga session to absorb the solar energy through the 108 greetings to the Sun. Then we will enjoy a rich and healthy breakfast. Later transfer back to Balmaceda Airport or the city of Coyhaique.

End of our services. It includes breakfast.

RATES AND DESCRIPTION SUPERIOR ROOMS: Beautiful and cozy native wood rooms with spacious bathrooms with vanity, separate toilet and shower. Wood-burning heater and beautiful terrace with a wonderful view of the lake.

FLIGHT INFORMATION: Airlines: Latam, Sky or Jet smart.

• FLIGHT ONE: It is suggested to arrive the day before the departure of the trip and stay in Coyhaique or take the first flight on day 1, which arrives at the Balmaceda airport (Coyhaique) at 09:30 am. approx. Passengers staying in Coyhaique must notify the selected place of accommodation to pick them up from 8:00 am.

• RETURN FLIGHT: It is suggested to schedule the return flight on the last flight of the day or from the day after the end of the program.

• Creation and integral production of the exclusive program of Pared Sur Camp.

• 6 days according to the described activity plan and 5 nights of accommodation at Pared Sur Camp, based on the selected accommodation, excellent bathrooms and showers, large dining room with terrace on the lake, hot tubs, own trails and other facilities. Bicycles, Kayaks and first class equipment.

• Gastronomy of excellence with its own style based on buffet breakfasts, rich lunches or picnics, dinners, a variety of salads, vegetarian options and desserts.

• Fruits, tea, coffee and flavored waters at all times

• Navigation to the Marble Cathedral. (Optional in Kayak)

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED:

Air tickets, services not clearly stipulated in the travel program and optional services, transfers that do not fit the travel itinerary, meals and hotel in Coyhaique, travel insurance, laundry services, extras of any kind, transfers Airport - Coyhaique ( there is an excellent transfer service to the airport for a fee of US $ 10 approx. It is requested at the airport upon arrival or at the hotel reception upon return) and laundry services.
