Tantra Hatha Yoga are teachings that have been transmitted from teacher to student in an unbroken thread for thousands of years from the ancient lineage of the Himalayan Masters and the tantric Hatha Yogis who have kept the flames of true Sadhana (practice) burning since ancient times.
In this practice the worldview of Sri Vidya Tantra is applied:

STAGE 1 OF HATHA YOGA
